Hello Judy,
Welcome back with your new questions. [smily face emoji]
As per your Google Drive Vs. Dropbox question, it dependss.
As far as storage space E.G. how many files / length of files you can store, Google Drive is better at this. Drive offers 15.0 GB (gigabytes) of space, whereas Dropbox only offers about 2.0 GB. Of course, Dropbox actually allows you to get more space by inviting your friends to join and create their Dropbox account. Each of you receive 500 MB when the new friend creates their account. This is a good enticing.
Google Drive is fully accessible out of the box on a Web browser. You have a lot of key commands you can use, as I told you earlier in an email.
In each Cloud provider, you have the ability to share your content. Both Dropbox and Drive allow you to share a link to a file, document, ETC. with its context menu. You can install apps for each of them.
Each offers a bit of same thing, and each other's services and features are called a bit differently and each wants you to get everything they can get you to have, but that's just about anything there is to branded companies' trapping efforts.
It depends, really, on what you want, what stuff / devices you have, and ETC. If you are just concerned about storage space, I would go with Google Drive. But Dropbox works a bit the same. I, for instance, have both. I also have a centralized app on my iPhone called FileBrowser which I can manage both, and another one on my PC machine which is just Windows Explorer.
Hope this helps!
