Dear Erica,
Try scrolling or bringing up your screen reader's commands until you get to the "Forgot Password?" link. This has to be done within the Sign In page.
Back to the drawing board, discussing this topic of cloud services in relation to talking about blindness-related subjects here, it is my observation that Google keeps getting more and more accessible when time passes. Right now, for instance, as far as iOS is concerned, there's no way to sign into Dropbox from a Web browser when you click on the Sign In button. That is, there's no way till you actually scroll through and find the Sign In dialog box. 
Just so you all are aware...
