[BlindTlk] The Unemployment Rate of the Blind

It will be useful to create a data base of companies with inaccessible
job application web pages and possible types of employees those
companies seek. It can be less frustrating when you know ahead of time
that certain companies have problem job application web pages so a
potential employee can remove those companies from a list of possible
candidates and get no argument from anyone about doing so except an
offer to fill the job application out for that potential employee. If
an employee gets a job, maybe then work from the inside and do so
carefully!
