[BlindTlk] ms bard site

Don Olson sent out a message a couple of days ago stating that BARD was 
transitioning to new hardware and there could be issues from time to time. 
Also some computer maintenance takes place over the weekends. I didn't check 
BARD, but I would guess that's what's happening today.

I am not able to download books via the bard site with internet explorer or
chrome.
Does anyone know why?
