[BlindTlk] Looking for low cost computer/laptop

Does anyone know how/where etc to get a low cost computer? Preferably a
laptop. I need an updated one since the desktop I'm using is not helpful
and a dinosaur now.

I've found the CTFB and their desktop is $130 and laptop $185. Still kinda
high plus if I need additional specs its extra. I'm not working at the
moment and waiting for rehab services so my budget is very limited.
