[BlindTlk] Something is bugging me!

Blind people are unequipped to do a proper foundation check.  When
Federal buildings get checked, an Entimologist comes and does it using a
magnifying glass and then marks all cracks for Maintenance to come out
and repair.
Now, I'm wondering if sonar on a very narrow beam could be used to
locate cracks.  That returns sound and we could use that if hearing had
been trained to properly interpret the return pings.
