Hi all! 
I totally agree with you here. Since 1972, a number of awesome civil rights laws for the disabled have been passed. I think this would be another highly welcome change if it becomes law. When they say, “outdated” that term totally fits because it’s truely outdated. The law needs to change. I’m glad that someone has jumped on board and finally decided to fix this problem!
