Thanks for the info!  I like the smaller phones too.  I don't want to give up my SE.

Here's the deal as I heard from my local  computer shop's IPhone guy; so take it with the proverbial grain of SW Florida sand:
Apple will let IOS 13 be available for the SE up to the latest IPhone 11. They're giving the whole 6 family a grace period of sorts; calling it the, I think,  legacy program. But after this one year period; Zero, zilch, Nada and No Mas Tequila por favor! No more support for the whole 6 family.

So my plan is to ride my SE out until it is no longer supported; September of 2020; then bite the bullet and buy an IPhone XR, or perhaps the IPhone 11, whichever one is the smallest of the 11 family.

Actually, if you are using an older phone, this update may not work for you as it only applies to certain versions of the older IPhones.

Siri my phone told me I could update too. And I believe my very old iPad Mini gets the same update message. US cellular told me that my phone should work, but by the end of next year it won’t be able to update. Just love conflicting information. Grrrr!
