I can see why!  My parents almost put me in a Catholic grade school. That was if the city school district wouldn’t take me in1976. They took a chance an I graduated from the public high school. Never went to a state blind school.

The school for the deaf is in Delavan Wisconsin and the school for the blind is in Janesville Wisconsin. They’re both in the southern part of the state though which I think isn’t fair to the kids up north. Wisconsin is a huge state!
