Well, it's not that he saw no point, it's jus that, for some reason, he 
would always bend the mechanism, somehow, so that it no longer tracked 
right.  He was fine with the regular ones where you put it on the can and 
turned the handle.  So, I don't know what the problem was with the electric 
can openers.  Pam.
