BlindFold games makes an accessible dominoes game for the iPhone. I believe you can play a few games for free, before you have to pay a one-time fee. The paid version includes several variations and is quite enjoyable.

Howe press had wooden dominos with metal raised dots in them and those
could interlock. Two sets were available one that went to 6 dots and
the other that went to 12 dots.
