I don't know if this will help, but JAWS has several settings for graphics that you might need to change to do this.  Depending upon your version of JAWS, you can choose to show no graphics, tagged graphics and all graphics.  You can also decide how graphics are recognized.  For this job, you may want to specifically choose All Graphics and recognized by ALT Text.  Jaws can try to identify graphics using other attributes as well, and you may have different settings selected than you expect.  Open the web page and then press the JAWSKEY plus V to open the quick settings menu.  Then, enter the letters gr in the search box and TAB once and you should be able to press DOWN ARROW to move through various graphics settings.  You probably want to change the virtual cursor set of graphics options.

Hi, 
I hope everyone is having a great week. 
Someone sighted has asked me for input with alt-text and image descriptions. This person sent me a page where they said there are 9 images with alt-text descriptions, and they asked if I could see any of the alt-text on my screen-reader. 
I have tried both with an iPhone with VoiceOver and a Windows 10 PC running JAWS, and I'm unable to find the alt-text. I would like to respond with some suggestions or guidance on how the alt-text can be made visible and accessible. Does anyone know of a good resource for this, or a way I can describe to this person how to make the text visible?
