[BlindTlk] help for verizon fios

My cable box was fine until recently.  I was told a lot of people got this

No answer from my niece yet but the correct reason Pam wrote
verizon is telling people to buy new tvs is crap is to change the channel
on the tv, you point the remote at the stb not the tv.  So if anything
people who have this problem probably got poorly referbed stb's.
