[BlindTlk] Home Owner's Association complaining about video doorbell

Take the video doorbell out, fill the form out with your best braille.
Next thing to do is never open the door to anyone unless you expect them 
by means of a prior appointment.
No need to inform the home owners association about this third step.
Finally, go talk to a Judge and get an opinion in writing as to whether 
this doorbell is a reasonable A.D.A. accommodation.  If the opinion is in 
your favor, give the homeowner's association the bad news.
Don't tell the homeowner's association about the visit to the Judge ahead 
of time either.  Let it be a surprise for them in return for the surprise 
they gave you.
I'm sure none of this is what you wanted to hear, but it will keep you 
within the boundaries of the laws and bylaws.
