[BlindTlk] Home Owner's Association complaining about video doorbell

Language in the condo docs stating something like nothing may be attached 
to any outside surface of the condo without prior arrangement.  If that's 
the case that certainly covers video doorbells.  Those ring devices have 
their own security problems having already been hacked.
