I saw this and thought it was a message worth sharing.

JOY.

There is Joy In the Air The Christmas Season is upon us, and there is joy in
the air. There's something special about this holiday season. Perhaps it's
because Christmas is about hope, and a brighter future.

Christmas is a time where we extend a helping hand to others and gather
together as a family. It's a time when children gaze in amazement at the
lights and festivities and are oblivious to anything that is wrong in the
world.
It's a time to forget the challenges of the past year and to be grateful for
what we have today. Hugs feel a little more special this year because we've
had so few. Some are connecting with those we love via video and zoom just
to
say hello because 2020 taught us never to take the lives of those we love
for granted.

Joy is in the air, and maybe that is because we need more joy this
year. It's part of who we are, it's our nature to bounce back and to find
joy in the moment. We wish everyone a joyous Holiday Season filled with
love, laughter, hope and joy. Something to Think About No one and nothing,
including Covid, can rob you of your joy unless you allow it.

Weekly Activity It's time to kick back, relax, and enjoy your family time.
Words of Wisdom Christmas is not in tinsel and lights and outward show. The
secret lies in an inner
glow. It's lighting a fire inside the heart. Good will and joy a vital part.
It's higher thought and a greater plan. It's glorious dream in the soul of
man.
