[BlindTlk] netflix and Microsoft Silver Light plug-in

Hi All!

I am trying to watch programs on Netflix and it wants me to install
Microsoft Silverlight before I can watch.  I am using IE11 and Windows 10
with JAWS 2018.  Will this work and is it safe?  Thanks much.
