Mark I own 4 atomic clocks and 4 atomic watches.  Generally it takes 2 to 3
days for talking watches to update during the time changes.  You also need
to realize that the wwvb signal which updates the watches is extremely weak.
What I normally do is put my watches on a window sill face side down on a
piece of cardboard.  What I usually do is flip the expansion to the left as
well.
