[BlindTlk] Attaching files

Here is the way I do it.

1.  in the body of an open email, hit the Alt key.  You should hear "Message
tab.  
2.  Arrow to the right once and you will hear "insert tab." 
3.  Arrow down once and you should hear "attach file."  Hit enter.
4.  Shift tab back and you may ear one of two things.  It might say "Browse
this PC",  or you will find documents that you have viewed recently.  
5.  If you come to the document list, simply down arrow until you find the
document you want to attach and hit enter on it.  It should then be attached
to the email.
