[BlindTlk] Attaching files

hello, if you know the location of the files that you want to attach, 
simply go to them from Windows explorer, then copy them to the clipboard by 
pressing Ctrl c, then paste them into the email message you are sending 
with ctrl v. That is one of the best methods of attaching files using 
Outlook of any version
