[BlindTlk] Attaching files

Vickie, are you using Windows 10 or an earlier version of Windows?  I’m asking because I remember the menu you are talking about from Windows XP and maybe Windows 7, but I don’t have that menu in Windows 10.  If somebody was going to attach a file that way in Windows 10, they would need to press Applications or Shift F10 instead of Alt F.  It’s amazing how many different ways there are to complete one task.

The way I attach files is to go to the file you want to attach.  Then go to the alt F menu, and send to.  Then arrow down to mail recipient.  Then go to your email program and a message should be already called up, in the to, section.  Add the person you want to send to, and send.  That’s the easiest way, I’ve found to attach files to an email message. Hope this helps.

hello, if you know the location of the files that you want to attach,
simply go to them from Windows explorer, then copy them to the clipboard by
pressing Ctrl c, then paste them into the email message you are sending
with ctrl v. That is one of the best methods of attaching files using
Outlook of any version
