[BlindTlk] Hard for blind people to find jobs.

While education does not necessarily equal skills blind people do not
have identical entry-level opportunities as the rest of the population.
They cannot walk into a Military recruiter's office and enter any of the
Armed Forces branches and acquire the experience while serving their
country. Do understand this does not apply to Switzerland or Israel.
Other than that though, working-age blind people as a whole have some
respectable education levels achieved.

Such employment difficulties like these do emanate drug and alcohol
abuse and those in turn eventually feed into the prison pipeline.
