[BlindTlk] Hard for blind people to find jobs.

Effective self-employment takes special preparation not done at most
colleges and universities.  Probably only certain psychological profiles
will find self-employment successful too, so the preparation needs to
screen out those who will not be effective before the rest of that
preparation is done.
