What you have is complex camera requirements. What I learned about facetime as a result of my sister making a facetime call to me accidentally is to have the phone a foot lower than my face since that way my sister was able to see my whole face. That was with the selfy camera in the front. For anyone with less complex camera requirements this may help. --
