Greetings:
Samsung Smart TVs have a built in app called Universal Smart Hub.
This controls (provides access to) other apps on the TV.
It also allows access to the internet, allows you to make changes to the TV's setting, and provides access to free internet channels if you are web-connected.
The Samsung models connect either through WiFi or can be connected through the ethernet port.
