[BlindTlk] Accessing attachments on the computer with jaws

Hi, that depends on which email program you are using. So, it's not so 
much about the screen reader. If it's Outlook, you can usually open the 
email with Enter, then press shift tab to reach the attachment area. 
 From there, it depends on the version of Outlook. Many times you can 
press shift-f10 to open the context menu, then choose save or open. 
However, without more details, it might be difficult to give you more 
specifics.
