[BlindTlk] Paypal

Not picking a fight or anything just think that PayPal is being stupid. If you wanted to talk to them why would you email them first? Do they have a live chat with a representative option? Just curious. Is their website accessible enough? I refuse to use PayPal. Just asking out of curiosity.
