Hello, while I have not tried Hulu on a Roku device, I can tell you that it 
is perfectly accessible from my Android phone and from my Amazon fire tv. I 
would expect that it will be accessible with other devices like Roku and 
iphone. This has not always been the case, but I think that they have made 
an accessibility leap forward in the last year or slightly longer.
