Hi Danielle:

Do you already have a Disney Plus account?  If not, I would go through Roku
to start your free trial.  The app is much more accessible than the Web
site.  

If you already have an account then I would suggest using their iPhone or
Android phone app.  

If you would like to email me off list I will be happy to try to help you
with the Web site.  It can be tricky but it is usable for the most part.

Hello Listers,
How do I get to my account on the Disney Plus website? When I click on
my Profile it does nothing. Is there a number I can call to talk to
someone. I am not sure if I'll keep this service but there are some
things I wanted to watch. I tried both using Chrome and Firefox to no
avail. How do you get around this?
