Hi,

You don't hold the rubber band, as it stays in place around the guide.  It acts as either a top or bottom edge within the wider signature line.  It can be adjusted to the width you need.

I think all signature lines are larger to accommodate the larger vertical space one gets on signature lines.

Well, what if I were to get some sort of check writing guide that has a slot for a signature? Would that be small enough for a legal document because I have a hard time making small letters and I have a hard time keeping my fingers from moving if I hold a rubber band. What are your thoughts on the Maxi aids check writing guide?
