For Me:
  I  once went Out wearing 1Black shoe  & 1White 
shoe: they Looked  identical & because I'm 
totallyBlind,  I  failed  to Match them correctly 
that  Time, & when  I was notified  of  it, 
I  said,  I meant to  do that HaHaHa EvenThough, I  didn't.

Guess I was having a  PunkyBrewster moment ,
