[BlindTlk] Accessible Video Game Systems?

Hey Guys:

 

A sighted colleague asked me today if the Xbox videogame system was
accessible to blind people.  I had never really thought about it but assumed
it probably wasn't.  He thought perhaps Microsoft used Cortana to voice the
menus since the Cortana voice was first used in a videogame.  Now I'm
curious.  Is Xbox or Playstation accessible to a totally blind person?
