It is probably worth mentioning that Microsoft is doing a good bit of work to make XBOX accessible by adding a version of Narrator.  There is some work being done on specialized games for blind people as well as trying to add accessibility to the development platforms used for regular games.  To make a blanket statement as to whether XBOX is accessible is really not possible, and the concept of incorporating accessibility into off-the-shelf video games is so recent that the number of games is likely going to be small for some time to come.  

I did a Google Search for XBOX accessibility and there were a good number of results but nothing that I found real useful.  There is quite a bit being done with accessibility that involves other disabilities.  It is possible that a call to the Disability Answer Desk might get one more specific answers.  Please understand that I am sharing information, not saying one should run out and buy an XBOX to get tons of accessible games.  We're not there yet.

If I have to use a service like AIRA to play a game, then that’s not accessibility.  I am glad that there are audio games coming out for Alexa devices.  I think if I want to play games, I will just use Alexa and save money on an Xbox and AIRA.
