I use payoal regularly, and it works but works best if you use chrome or Edge as your browser.

My husband tried to use PayPal this week and he is also totally blind. I don’t know how he resolve things, but I know that he got things taken care of through PayPal. I’ll ask him how he did it. He might have used assistance from AIRA.
