If you can turn your tv on and off and that's all you can do with your 
remote you can try hitting the exit button below the on demand button and 
below that circular arrow display on the left side of the remote and hit 
the exit button about 4 times.  Then try keying in a channel and hit the 
enter button on bottom right of remote.  This should get you to your 
desired channel.
