Has any verizon fios user had the random channels problem on an older TV 
then bought a newer TV and had the random channels problem disappear?
I'm considering filing an FCC complaint since the FCC has an accessible 
website and complaint form which is more accessible than verizon's website 
and their contacts.  Before I do, I want to get my facts together so 
what's filed is correct.
