[BlindTlk] Moderated Status

I am placing Blind Talk on moderated status, as of now.  I have asked 
that certain subjects and tactics not be used here, and while it has 
been better, it still hasn't stopped.

Consequently, all messages will be held, and must be approved by me 
before they are sent out by the list.

I am sorry for having to do this, but some of you persist in posting 
things that you shouldn't.
