[BlindTlk] NFB Independence Market Carries Braille Paper

nfb's phone service does not respond to menu selections made on a cell 
phone.  I tried both with the 2416 extension placing a couple commas 
between the phone number and extension and also tried pressing 3 to do an 
order and nothing worked.  That propaganda message kept on playing and had 
no pause in it to even listen for anything done on a phone.
