If it is necessary to key a # symbol in after the entry of a menu choice, 
it's not stated in the recording everyone hears when dialing that number. 
The # symbol is only mentioned to get to the directory and that doesn't 
even work.
For me, this is no longer a problem since the American Printing House has 
a phone system that does work so I did the order with them.
