You are right it is the talking Taylor scale. Although my friend gave me one for free because it was no longer being used, I found it here on Amazon.

I like mine it’s very easy to use and the battery compartment is easy to get to it takes three AAA batteries and it has a switch to turn up the volume and turn on the speech it is a little wheel. There’s also a button that’s a square button that toggles between languages English Spanish and I think French. I think it also has a display for those that can see as well.
