The only device I have found is a fingernail.  Start at a corner and work
the backing off.

The next time you use the tape, use scissors and only cut the tape, not the
backing.  Then, you'll always have a backing "tail".

So, I am wondering: have any of you found a way to get the backing off dymo
tape?  I just can't manage to do it most of the time and need help.  Is
