Google the model number and put in a call to the company.  Many company have
their user manuals online, so do a search for the modelnumber user manual.

Already bought it, because I thought it would be easier than it was, and
realized that it wasn't. 
I'll have to return it, trade it, or learn to use it.

Don't know what to look for I guess.

How to know what the timers are doing?
