[BlindTlk] Please help with advice on accessing my Zoom recordings.

When I opened the recording from the recording folder stored on my computer, that window popped up.  Playback is checked.

Next, I right-clicked on the file, asked to open with my default player, which it did, shows to be playing, but no sound.  Player volume is up and so is the PC.

Hi Judy, try hitting tab or using your arrow keys to get to a play button.
