Hi,

If you use headphones, no one else on the call should hear your speech.

If you are hosting, it is a good thing, as you can hear if people are
raising their hands, joining or leaving a meeting etc.

Otherwise, just hit the control key to make the voice shut up.

Also, you can set Jaws speech to not chatter so much within the Jaws basic
settings, I believe.
