[BlindTlk] hot plates

Okay, tell me this.  What would an accessible hot plate be?  When I moved 
out of my parents' house in 1975, I used a regular hotplate.  I just had a 
knob that turned the burner on.  That's the way I did all my cooking that I 
didn't do in the broiler oven that my parents got me.  That just had regular 
knobs, too.  Pam.

I tried the instapot and it didn't work, so I don't want to get something
