[BlindTlk] question about shipping items

Hi all,
I know this is a bit off-topic and I'm sorry for this but I wasn't sure where
else to ask so I'm hoping that I won't get in trouble for asking this since all
of you are either blind or have low vision. This is something that I've wondered
about for awhile and since I might be shipping a few things and my parents were
worried about the cost since the lady lives in Pennsylvania I got to wondering
about this again. Before anyone asks, I'd be shipping braille papper, a braille
eraser, a pad to go under a brailler and a little stand or shelf to make it
easier to read the papper that's in the brailler. I don't have a brailler and
don't want or have any plans of getting one and so when she posted looking for
braille papper and an eraser I figured I'd send them to her. Now for my
question, do any of you have any experience shipping anything as "free matter
for the blind."? If so then what do I need to know about doing it? Look forward
to any help anyone can provide me!!!!!! Thanks Madison
