Free Matter seems to be working, and I have never heard of it taking that long before.

Is anyone else having mail delivery problems sending / receiving with free matter items? As some of you may already know, I'm a student in the literary braille proofreading course. I sent my first lesson last week, and it still hasn't shown up at the NFB yet. I sent it to 200 East Wells Street at Jernigan Place just like the pamphlet said... and the course manager said mail delivery is taking three months sometimes.
