[BlindTlk] Decline of Hadley

Certainly the N.F.B. can do more than a resolution.  Hadley Institute is
first accountable to the organizations that rate the quality of charities.
The Federal Court system may get interested depending on what those
charity rating organizations discover and disclose and ultimately the
I.R.S. could remove Hadley Institute's charity status.  So the Institute
is definitely accountable.  The N.F.B. has legal assistance available and
those could start taking the necessary action.  Should wiser heads
prevail, repairs and reform will occur.
