If you have good orientation and mobility skills, you can go anywhere safely.

Regarding transportation, the best thing to do is target the city you are interested in, then do further detail checking on their transit system.

I'm old enough to have traveled all my life independently, and used either cabs or mass transit.  This was in the day before accessibility was even a major topic of discussion.  You can do it.

Yes, I want to learn buses, subway, ETC. 
I wonder what cities will be more accessible so that I can travel independently when I come to America as a blind tourist. 
As blind traviler I think acceseble city which city has good publik transportation sistem, like buses, subway, Train ETC.
I ask, is there a resource I can look at, prepared by the blind with the experiences of the blind people?

What do you mean by "accessible public
transport?" And ... are you talking about public transportation like buses, or paratransit or what?  I would venture that most medium and large cities in this country have public transportation, and cities like New York, Washington, Chicago etc. have generally good systems.
