For anyone studying math and using linux chafa is a good package to have
on your system.
You generate a graphic with conventional linux graphics packages and get
that into a file.
Then you can use chafa on it.
Two possible types of output can be generated by chafa that will be useful
for screen reader users.
chafa --symbols ascii -i image.png -o image.out
takes what was in image.png and turns it into ascii symbols screen readers
can review.
chafa --symbols braille -i image.png -o image.out
uses braille dots to make up the graphic and that can be sent to a braille
printer so you end up with a hardcopy of the graphic.
color can be disabled too.
So far as I now know, chafa is unique in Linux since all other graphics
programs produce unuseable file formats for screen readers and chafa
supports more than png files too.
